Services

ServiceSiteDesign provides website design, development, hosting, SEO, content creation, and related digital services for service businesses. The specific services provided will be outlined in your individual service agreement or proposal. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Payment Terms

Setup fees are due upon project commencement unless a payment plan has been arranged. Monthly service fees are billed on the first of each month and are due within 15 days. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom content and design assets created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase your website in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party tools, frameworks, and stock assets remain under their respective licenses.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your monthly service with 30 days written notice. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on setup fees for new clients. Refunds for monthly services are not provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with a full export of your website files and content.

Limitation of Liability

ServiceSiteDesign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware or harmful content, to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, or to engage in any activity that could damage our systems or reputation. We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of this policy.
